Afternoon Nap

Wow....i feel so happy that i can finally nap at afternoon...haha...because dont know since when...i starts cant fall in to sleep at the afternoon...when i lie down, expected to be slept but my brain still cannot relax and it makes me feel worse as it makes me feel pening..lol..but today...i slept~! haha...finally i find back my familiar feel on nap...haha...i love to take nap at afternoon actually...lol..i loves to sleeeeeeep! (pls dun mind my grammatic error..hope u understand what im talking about )

Nap...actually is benefit to us..Research on napping suggests that an afternoon nap as short as ten minutes can enhance alertness, mood, and mental performance, especially after a night of poor sleep.

Also, there is evidence that simply resting in the mid-afternoon can improve mood. So, if you have an opportunity for an afternoon nap, particularly after a poor night of sleep, take one; you will feel more alert and energetic afterwards.

But,Naps should be limited to 45 minutes and avoided after 4:00 p.m.;otherwise, one may enter deep sleep, which may cause grogginess for a period of time after the nap and reduce the pressure for sleep that night.(i m not bluffing...these are copied from the website..= =)

So....thats all for today..since i just woke up from napping..lol...i still blur to write anything..haha...see ya
